Reservations
A deposit of 25% of total package price is required at time of booking. The final payment is due at least sixty (60) days before program commencement. Bookings within seventy (70) days of program commencement require immediate full payment. We recommend purchasing cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which is available through your Fantasy Jetaways Representative.

Prices quoted on fantasyjetaways.com are only available up until 2 weeks prior to departure. After that time, prices and availability are subject to change.

Tour Price
Land portion of the program includes all features listed including taxes. No person may occupy accommodations held by Fantasy Jetaways, Inc. unless that person has prepaid for said accommodations. Rollaway beds are extra charge. No refund will be made for unused tour features.

If the Fantasy Jetaways group is less then the required amount of people for group travel, there will be changes within the basic package and a partial refund will be issued.

Cancellations
On cancellations received less than sixty (60) days before tour commencement or in the event of a “no show,” the total tour price is forfeited. If balance is not received at least sixty (60) days before tour commencement, booking will be considered canceled and deposit forfeited. Fantasy Jetaways, Inc. reserves the right to resell tour space without notice if final payment has not been received by its due date. It is at Fantasy Jetaways’s discretion to cancel any reservations if actual traveler names are not provided at least two weeks prior to departure. Depending on your customized itinerary deposit requirements may fluctuate from 25% to a 50% deposit for certain exclusive destinations.

Documents
Written confirmation will be issued after deposit has been received. Travel documents are issued one-three (1-3) weeks before departure. Event tickets to be delivered no later than the day prior to the event. Should a Fantasy Jetaways tour client wish to receive their event tickets more than one day prior, said client may be required to pay an additional charge (which will vary depending on the event) in advance to cover the expenses incurred by Fantasy Jetaways to secure the event tickets early. Tickets to all events will be issued in pairs, as odd numbers (and larger blocks) of tickets cannot be guaranteed. Specific ticket locations may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibility
Fantasy Jetaways, Inc. is not responsible for any delays of transportation which may cause tour members to miss any events of the tour. Fantasy Jetaways, Inc., the carriers concerned, and/or its agents act only as agent for the various companies, and assume no responsibility nor any liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other transportation or accommodation which is used, either wholly or in part in the performance of its duty to the passengers, neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, Act of God, or any other reason whatsoever. In case any event is postponed due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is affected thereby. Further, any claims that may arise must be filed in New York County, New York exclusively. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary or reverse the places to be visited. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure. If any tour must be withdrawn prior to the passengers joining the tour, Fantasy Jetaways, Inc.’s liability is limited to a refund of monies received by Fantasy Jetaways, Inc. Smoking on tour motor-coaches is prohibited.

Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent to all provisions stated herein. Fantasy Jetaways, Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by any amateur or professional sporting or festival organization.

Fantasy Jetaways, are all registered Service Marks of TSE Sports & Entertainment and the New York Jets. Unauthorized use of Service Marks, logos or names is prohibited by law.

General Terms Conditions
By agreeing to purchase a trip through Fantasy Jetaways, the customer agrees Fantasy Jetaways will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrant from and against all claims, actions, and or liability for any injuries, loses or damages of any kind including without limitation death, disability and or loss of property resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly from the acceptance of participating in a travel related trip with Fantasy Jetaways.

Fantasy Jetaways is not responsible for missed events due to late arrival or no show. In most situations fees will not be refunded. All prices for trips are quoted in U.S. Dollars and Fantasy Jetaways reserves the right to alter pricing should the exchange rate fluctuate either up or down. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout and baggage insurance is recommended. All customer passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of your trip.
